Job Summary
As a business development professional, you will play a key role in the success of Tradepass. You will work with a dedicated sales team and be managed and mentored by one of our experienced sales managers. On a daily basis, you will be proactively selling our leading-edge event portfolio to existing and potential Tradepass customers over the telephone. Every customer contact counts and you will be using sales tools and techniques in order to diagnose client needs and match those with our event. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research to understand the relevant market and business challenges aligned with the subject area of each event
- Strategy, development, design, pricing and positioning of solutions
- Oversight of full sales cycle of each event, managing baseline business metrics and growth targets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders who you will be tasked to bring on board as a sponsor. In this process, it is key to uncover a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives in order to provide ROI and build a relationship that has longevity and value for both sides
- Deliver outstanding service through onsite client management and face to face at the Tradepass events
- Consistently maintain and improve the company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Work closely with a vivacious and ambitious team, sharing sales techniques with your colleagues in regular brainstorming sessions to collectively drive the business forward
