TRADEPASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This Terms &amp; Conditions is legally binding between person accessing the website (which expression shall include its successors and assigns) which operates from its registered office located at Vaishnavi Tech Park, South tower 7th floor, Bellandur Gate, Sarjapur Main Road, Ambalipura, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Bangalore South, Karnataka, India, 560102<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> By accessing these websites, you shall be giving your consent to defined terms &amp; conditions &amp; will be bound by existing Information technology Act 2000\/2008 &amp; Rules defined and other law as applicable in India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy is mandatory in order to use services provided by us. The use of services provided by us implies\/denotes full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and privacy policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These Terms constitute an &#8216;electronic record&#8217; within the meaning of the applicable law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000, IT Act 2008 Amendment) and is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. DEFINITIONS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service provided by Tradepass is to provide a platform in order to bring sponsors, customers, clients together by conducting Conference\/s, Events, Trade shows etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">Platform shall mean official websites of Tradepass i.e., <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradepassglobal.com\/vi\/\">https:\/\/www.tradepassglobal.com\/<\/a><span style=\"color: initial;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indosecsummit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.indosecsummit.com\/<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.philsecsummit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.philsecsummit.com\/<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saudi.dccisummit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.saudi.dccisummit.com\/<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indonesia.worldfis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.indonesia.worldfis.com\/<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/vietnam.worldfis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/vietnam.worldfis.com\/<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.philippines.worldfis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.philippines.worldfis.com\/<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/indonesia.dccisummit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/indonesia.dccisummit.com\/<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/malaysia.dccisummit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/malaysia.dccisummit.com\/<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saudi.smartdataseries.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.saudi.smartdataseries.com\/<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalciosummit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.digitalciosummit.com\/<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradepassglobal.com\/vi\/govxo\/philippines\/\">https:\/\/www.philippines.govx0.com\/<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/kenya.worldfis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/kenya.worldfis.com\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">A person shall mean and include any company or association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User &#8211; states any person who has attained majority under Indian Law and any other country law, who has registered with the website or downloaded the application on mobile in order to utilize the services provided by Tradepass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please read these Terms carefully before you use the platform, or any Service offered by Tradepass through the platform. These terms control the relationship between Tradepass and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. REGISTRATION:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By registering &amp; using a Tradepass application, the user is bound to provide true, and accurate information, as sought at the time of signing and from time to time where it is required. Tradepass does not verify or controls the accuracy of the information provided by the users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">In case of non-compliance of any of the terms and conditions by any user, Tradepass reserves right, to withdraw the account of the user and discontinue all services for that user without any notice.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tradepass reserves the right to verify the information provided by its Users, if Tradepass notice given information by the user is not correct, then the user agrees to provide Tradepass, additional information or documents when requested to establish the authenticity of their account. If an account is found to be fake, not genuine or duplicate, Tradepass reserves the right delete such account without any notice\/ warning or the like.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tradepass is not requesting for any personal password or other information which is not relevant and will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from a User sharing his\/her personal password of the account with third parties. In the above event, it will be the User who will be held responsible for such negligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. CONFERENCE\/INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE\/EVENT\/SUMMIT:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tradepass will organize Conference \/ Events and provide platform which enables Client to engage in peer-to-peer (P2P) interaction with other business owners\/clients\/customers and avail Services made available to Client by Tradepass through the Event. Tradepass may at its discretion allow you to use some of these Services free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services shall include, but not be limited to, Conference\/Event\/Trade Shows. More information about the Services is available on Tradepass\u2019 s platform.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.&nbsp;YOUR ACCESS TO PLATFORM:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will ensure error-free availability of the Platform or contents thereof to you, however, your access to the Platform may occasionally be suspended or restricted for upgrades, maintenance, or updating Platform with prior notice provided any such suspension or restriction shall not have any impact on the Services provided under this Agreement. We will try to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for any charges incurred with your internet service provider that you may incur by accessing the Platform made available through the Application, including text messaging and data charges. If you&#8217;re unsure what those charges may be, you should ask your service provider before using the Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must not use the Platform or the Services rendered by Tradepass for fraudulent purposes or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity or to send, post, share, use or reuse any material that does not belong to you or that you are not authorized to send; or is illegal, offensive (including but not limited to material that is sexually explicit content or which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm), deceptive, misleading, abusive, indecent, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic or menacing; ethnically objectionable, disparaging or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy or any other proprietary information or right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or relates to or promotes money laundering or gambling; or is harmful to minors in any way; or impersonates another person; or threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of India or friendly relations with foreign States; or objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any spam to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Definitions:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8220;Booking&#8221; means Tradepass\u2019s booking process which is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Client&#8221; means the person\/s, firm or company which is making a Booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Event&#8221; means the event or events which are the subject of Quotation and Booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Tradepass&#8221; means Conference \/ Event Organizing Company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Quotation&#8221; means the written quotation submitted by Tradepass to the Client, which is the subject of the Booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Services&#8221; means the Conference\/Event services to be performed by Tradepass pursuant to the<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking in accordance with these Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Terms&#8221; means these booking terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8220;Ticket Holder&#8221; means any individual that receives tickets as part of the Booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Booking And Payment Terms<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices stated by Tradepass in the Quotation are exclusive of any tax which is applicable except the tax imposed on the income or profit of Tradepass and the Client shall be additionally liable to pay Tradepass any such tax.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon receipt of the Booking from the Client, Tradepass shall send the Client an invoice or the total amount due. Client will pay each invoice, referencing Client\u2019s purchase order number, submitted by Tradepass within sixty (60) days following receipt thereof. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Agreement, (a) Invoices submitted more than three (3) months after Client\u2019s receipt of the Services will be rejected and no payment shall be made and (b) Client shall have no liability whatsoever under the Agreement for amounts due under any such invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation of participation in the Summit will be after signing the Acceptance Form and submitting to Tradepass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Booking Form or Quotation, the Client shall pay to Tradepass the full amount set out in the invoice within 60 (Sixty) days of receipt of the invoice.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any items stated in the Quotation as &#8220;additional&#8221; items or any items which are requested by the Client after the Booking has been confirmed by Tradepass, must be confirmed by the Client in writing (email shall be sufficient) before being actioned by Tradepass.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time for payment shall be of the essence. If the Client fails to make any payment on the due date, Tradepass shall be entitled (at its discretion) to cancel the Booking by notice in writing to the Client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any variation or amendment to these payment terms will be mutually agreed in writing on the Booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any immaterial typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any Quotation, correspondence or other Booking documents or information issued by Tradepass shall be subject to correction. without any liability whatsoever on the part of Tradepass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Variation And Cancellation:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the Client wishes to vary any details of the Booking after it is returned to Tradepass, it shall notify Tradepass in writing as soon as possible. Tradepass shall make any such required changes, but any additional costs thereby incurred shall be invoiced to the Client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tradepass\/Organizer holds the right to modify the event duration, change of speakers, venue, titles, dates, opening hours or cancel the Summit completely within 15 (Fifteen) days prior written notice and without any compensation to the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tradepass does not warrant the success of the Summit nor guarantees if the Client will benefit from participating in the Summit and the Client agrees to hold the Organizer harmless in the event the Summit does not meet its expectations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For any reason, if the Event is postponed, the Client will be informed in writing, and the payment made by the Client will be credited towards future rescheduled dates provided by Tradepass. Tradepass will offer rescheduled dates within the next 365 days from the original Event date, and the amount paid by the Client will be retained as a Credit for such a future rescheduled event. If the rescheduled date is not acceptable to the Client or if the Client is unable to attend the rescheduled event, Tradepass will not provide any refund to the Client. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any designated delegate if they are not able to attend the Event\/Summit\/Conference may be represented by other executives of the Client company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation of a Booking may not be accepted by TRADEPASS unless and until it is confirmed in writing by the Client. In the event of a valid cancellation by the Client after the Booking is returned, Tradepass may apply and the Client shall be liable to pay to Tradepass the following cancellation charges:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where TRADEPASS receives a valid cancellation of a Booking:&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Within 7 (Seven) days of signing the form\/agreement, full refund with 45 (Forty-Five) days of cancellation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More than 7 (Seven) days of Signing the form\/agreement and 30 (Thirty) days or more prior to the Event\/ Summit \/Conference 50% of the registration will be due.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 30 (Thirty) days to the Event 100% registration will be due. For the avoidance of doubt, if any of the above cancellation charges apply and the Client has already paid more than the relevant amount to Tradepass, the Client shall receive a refund of the difference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Either party may cancel any Booking forthwith by notice in writing to the other party if at any time a party becomes bankrupt or insolvent (or if bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings are commenced against it). In such an event, Tradepass shall be obligated to refund any and all sums already paid to it by the Client in connection with the Booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of either party, including but not limited to Acts of God, explosion, abnormally inclement weather, flood, tempest, fire, accident, war or threat of war, terrorist activity or threat of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental or local authority, import or export regulations or embargoes, strikes, lockouts, other industrial actions, trade disputes, or power failure (a &#8216;Force Majeure Event&#8217;), the Event and\/or the Services are cancelled or disrupted in any way, neither party, including Tradepass, shall be liable. If a Force Majeure Event arises more than 60 (Sixty) days prior to the scheduled Event date, Tradepass will provide the Client with a credit note, and the payment made by the Client will be credited towards future rescheduled dates. Tradepass will offer rescheduled dates within the next 365 days from the original Event date, and the amount paid by the Client will be retained as Credit for such future rescheduled event. If the rescheduled date is not acceptable to the Client or if the Client is unable to attend the rescheduled event, Tradepass will not provide any refund to the Client. If the Force Majeure Event occurs within 60 (Sixty) days of the scheduled Event, Tradepass will not provide any refund to the Client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under no circumstances shall Tradepass be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the event, even if Tradepass has been advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No exclusion or limitation shall apply with respect to either party\u2019s liability under this Agreement for death or personal injury, fraud, negligence, willful misconduct, breach of confidentiality obligations and breach of indemnity obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subject to Section b and c, , the total liability of each party&nbsp; to the other&nbsp; in contract, tort or otherwise including negligence (save for any liability arising from death or personal injury due to the negligence of Tradepass or its employees which shall be unlimited) arising in relation to the Event (and\/or the provision of the Services to the Client) shall not exceed 100% of the total amount paid by the Client hereunder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. GENERAL:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>GENERAL T&amp;C <\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All Quotations are made and Bookings accepted subject to these Terms. These Terms shall apply to all Quotations and Bookings in precedence over any other printed terms and conditions, including any appearing on the Client&#8217;s stationery or correspondence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tradepass will conduct only the Event \/ Conference \/ Summit if your participation to the Event\/ Conference\/Summit requires to travel from within the country to other city or travelling from abroad, all the travel expense, lodging and all required modalities, including the issuance of a visa for the country where the event is held, are your own responsibility.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No amendment or variation to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing by both parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Client consents to being photographed at the Event, to filming and sound recording of the Event and consents to the use of such, photographs and\/or recordings in any marketing or promotional materials in connection with the Event, on the Event website and in any broadcast or publication in any territory in the world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No binding contract shall be formed until Tradepass has received acceptance from the Client of the Booking (which incorporates these Terms) and confirmation of the Booking shall be subject to Tradepass receiving payment in full in accordance with the Terms. No tickets, itineraries, maps or other final details with respect to any Event or arrangements relating to any Booking will be forwarded to the Client until payment has been received in full by Tradepass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;No waiver by either party of any breach of these Terms by the other party shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If any provision of these Terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The rights granted to the Client hereunder are personal to the Client and may not be transferred or assigned to any third party without the prior written consent of Tradepass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Quotation, the Booking and these Terms contain the entire understanding between the parties with respect to their agreement concerning the Event. In entering into this neither party has relied on (nor shall it have any remedy, in contract or tort, in respect of) any statement, representation, warranty or understanding which is not expressly set out in the Quotation, Booking or Terms, provided that nothing herein shall operate to exclude or limit any liability for fraud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Client shall not sell the benefit of any Booking on the wholesale or trade market without prior written consent from Tradepass. No Client or Ticket Holder may transfer the benefit of the Booking for use as a competition prize or other promotional use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. OWNERSHIP:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intellectual Property: The format and content included by Tradepass on the website\/application, including logo, graphics, button icons, video, audio, digital data, text and software is the property of Tradepass and is protected by Indian and international Intellectual &amp; copyright and authors&#8217; right. All rights are reserved in relation to any trademarks registered and unregistered licensed or owned by Tradepass which exist on website\/application. Website or any part of web site should not be copied, downloaded or sold or otherwise used for any commercial\/Non-commercial purpose without the express written consent of Tradepass.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You acknowledge and agree that the website\/application, the Services, including without limitation any content available on the website\/application and all trademarks, service marks and trade names and other intellectual property rights associated therewith are, and will remain, the property of Tradepass LLP and its licensors, as applicable. All content related to Tradepass corporate and business activities embedded in the application, including any text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the exclusive property of Tradepass or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of any and all content on the application and Services is also the exclusive property of the Tradepass and is protected by applicable laws.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All software used on the website \/ application and the Services is the property of Tradepass or its licensors \/ software suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Any use except as specifically permitted under these Terms, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content on the application or the Services is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All Tradepass graphics, logos and service names are trademarks of the Tradepass or its affiliates. Tradepass trademarks should not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Tradepass, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Tradepass. The logos and trademarks of third parties on the application belong to respective third parties\/brands and Tradepass has no connection whatsoever with such third parties\/brands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. MODIFICATIONS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any amendment, modification, or supplement to this Agreement shall be made in writing and executed by both Parties. No oral statements or written material not specifically incorporated herein shall be of any force and effect. Any amendment or modification shall be effective only when executed by authorized representatives of both Parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. INDEMNIFICATION:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Client agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tradepass, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns from and against any claim, proceeding, loss, damage, liability, cost, demand or expense (including but not limited to attorney&#8217;s fees) of any kind arising out of: (i) your access to or use of the website and Services; (ii) any breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of the&nbsp; rights of a third party, including but not limited to infringement of any intellectual property, proprietary right or trade secret of any person or entity, or of any privacy or consumer protection right that is implicated herein; (iv) any violation of law or contractual obligation and any claims, demands, notices pursuant to such violation; (v) your negligence or misconduct. These obligations will survive termination of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ENTIRE AGREEMENT: You agree that these Terms read with the terms of the Privacy Policy and\/or any other terms\/ policies relating to the Application and\/or Services posted by Tradepass on the Application will constitute the complete agreement between you and Tradepass and supersedes any and all proposals, representations or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between you and Tradepass relating to the subject matter of these Terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You agree that these Terms read with the terms of the Privacy Policy and\/or any other terms\/ policies relating to the Application and\/or Services posted by Tradepass on the Application will constitute the complete agreement between you and Tradepass and supersedes any and all proposals, representations or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between you and Tradepass relating to the subject matter of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. SEVERABILITY:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If one or more provisions of these Terms are held to be unenforceable under applicable law(s), the remainder of these Terms will be valid and enforceable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. COMMUNICATION, CONSENT AND DATA SHARING:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TradePass may communicate with Participants through the mobile application, email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, push notifications, or any other electronic or digital means in connection with event participation, registrations, updates, services, promotions, and related business communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By registering on the platform and\/or mobile application, the Participant expressly consents to the collection, processing, and sharing of their personal and professional information, including contact details, with event partners, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders strictly for event-related communication, business networking, promotional outreach, and future events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All such data shall be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. TradePass shall not be liable for any independent communication, solicitation, transaction, or engagement between Participants and third parties after such sharing based on valid consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating any third-party beneficiary rights enforceable against TradePass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. WAIVER:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you breach these Terms and Tradepass takes no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. RIGHT TO TAKEDOWN:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You understand and agree that Tradepass may takedown, delete or remove any content available on the Application in its sole discretion, without any notice to you, for any reason whatsoever including on account of your violation of these Terms or if required in accordance with applicable law (including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. PLATFORM SERVICES:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your use of Tradepass\u2019s Platform Services or any part of thereof, is governed by the following terms (\u201cPlatform Services Terms\u201d) in addition to the Terms. Platform Services include but are not limited to Journals, Albums, Feeds, Reminders, updates, new events announcements are made available through the website\/application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any capitalized term which has not been defined in these Platform Services Terms shall have the meaning to them in the Tradepass\u2019s Terms of Service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. COPYRIGHT NOTICE:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you believe in good faith that any content displayed or transmitted through the Application infringes your copyright, you may reach us at <a href=\"mailto:info@tradepassglobal.com\">info@tradepassglobal.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. VARIATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SITE AND SERVICE:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tradepass reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. In addition, Tradepass may vary or amend or withdraw the Services provided through the Website, the website functionality and\/ or the \u201clook and feel\u201d of the website\/application at any time without notice and without liability to its Users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">Any modification to the website, services or Conditions will take effect as soon as such changes are published on the website.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">Users will be deemed to have accepted any varied Conditions in the event that they use any Services offered through the website following publication of the varied Conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tradepass does not guarantee that the Website\/system will be continuously available, error-free; therefore, Tradepass will not be responsible for any damage dealt with Users due to such errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The User also agrees that Tradepass is not responsible for any damage caused to their gadgets as a result of using Tradepass website or application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. PUBLICITY:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Client hereby provides their express consent for Tradepass to use the Client&#8217;s name, logo, and details of the services provided under this Agreement for publicity, advertising, or promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, press releases, marketing materials, and online platforms.
