According to Finastra\u2019s Financial Services State of the Nation Survey 2023, 94 percent of Vietnam\u2019s financial institutions are looking forward to the opportunities presented by AI. So much so that AI in e-banking applications and e-wallets is gradually becoming a norm. Visa\u2019s survey clearly states that about 90 percent of consumers have shown strong interest in digital banking and intend to use it in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natural language processing (NLP), a subfield of artificial intelligence is also gaining rampant popularity as currently close to 41 percent of financial institutions are leveraging the technology to personalize marketing for their clientele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2050, it\u2019s extremely crucial for Vietnam\u2019s FSI to inculcate proper ESG standards.
