How to Join Our Trainer Network

Submit Application

Submit Application

Send us your credentials, the topics you teach, and a short note on the practical experience behind them. Takes around ten minutes if you have your CV and certifications ready.

Review & Interview

Review & Interview

If your profile fits a live or upcoming programme, our curriculum team will set up a 30-minute call. We look at depth of subject expertise, training style, and how well your experience maps to our delegate base across APAC and EMEA.

Trainer Onboarding

Trainer Onboarding

We agree commercial terms, sign the trainer contract, and align you with our content team on programme outline, slide framework, and delegate expectations. You also get a brand briefing so the delivery sits cleanly inside the Tradepass Academy experience.

Deliver Training

Deliver Training

You teach. We handle everything around it — delegate acquisition, marketing, venue, logistics, travel, certification administration, and post-programme reporting. You walk in, deliver, and leave with the only thing that matters to a trainer: a room of high-quality, qualified participants.

Ongoing Growth

Ongoing Growth

Strong delivery leads to repeat batches across our event-anchored markets (Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Kenya, Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) and cross-arm opportunities. We invest in our best trainers with multi-batch retainers, customised in-house bookings, and joint thought-leadership content.

Frequently Asked Questions

What qualifications do I need to become a trainer?
+
We look for senior practitioners, typically 20+ years of direct industry experience in the subject you teach, with a track record that includes either recognised global certifications (CMRP, CISA, CISSP, CRE, CIPS, FRM, PMP, or equivalent) or visible thought leadership through publishing, speaking, or board-level advisory work. Prior training or facilitation experience is preferred but not mandatory. What matters most is whether you can teach a room full of senior delegates with the authority that comes from having actually done the work.
How are trainer fees structured?
+
Trainers are paid on a per-programme day rate, agreed upfront and confirmed in the trainer contract before any delivery. Rates are benchmarked against programme length, delegate seniority, certification weight, and delivery format (in-person, online, or hybrid). For in-person programmes outside your home market, Tradepass Academy covers all travel, accommodation, and ground logistics on top of the trainer fee. For ongoing engagements and multi-batch agreements, we offer retainer-based structures.
Can I deliver training in my own country?
+
Yes. Online programmes can be delivered from anywhere with strong connectivity. For in-person delivery, our active markets include the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Kenya, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, and where the subject calls for it, we fly in expert trainers from the US, UK, Europe, and India to deliver in-market. If you are based in or near one of our delivery hubs, we can structure ongoing engagement with minimal travel.
What topics are you looking for?
+
Our priority verticals match our event portfolio and the courses already on the catalogue: Cybersecurity and AI, Finance and Risk, Leadership and HR, Oil and Gas, Data Centre and Cloud, Government and Smart Cities, Supply Chain and Procurement, and Marketing and Sales. Within those, certification-anchored programmes (CMRP, CISO, AI governance, CIPS, CISSP, NEBOSH, ISO 55000, ASQ) are highest demand. We are also open to non-certification programmes if the topic is genuinely market-relevant and you can teach it at senior level.
How long does the onboarding process take?
+
Typically two to three weeks from application to your first confirmed batch. The application review and interview happen within the first week. Contracting and content alignment take another five to ten working days. For trainers with prior delivery experience at recognised institutes, we can move faster, often with a confirmed batch within ten days.
